Complete digital solution for the outpatient care service

The new requirements for recording and billing according to Section 78 SGBIX (regarding qualification levels) mean increased complexity for service providers in planning and documenting services.

The core points of the project are the distinction between qualified assistance (provided by specialists) and supportive assistance (provided by auxiliary staff), the introduction of qualification levels (QN 1–4), internal differentiation within services, and the use of corridors to increase flexibility in service provision.

Digital needs assessment

Enables structured data capture of individual assistance needs according to the specifications of the model project and the creation of so-called “contingents,” e.g., derived from the approved approval notice. The quotas and their calculation can be set to both working days (5) and working days (6), thus offering a high degree of calculation depth.

Staff and Deployment Planning

Supports the targeted allocation of employees to clients according to their qualification levels and identified needs, including team calendars and appointment management, e.g. E.g., for assistance planning, development, and final reports (HEB).

Documentation and Evidence Management

Simplifies the transparent documentation of services provided and their assignment to the respective qualification levels – including the client’s digital signature in the work and performance record.
Maintainable sets of “life areas,” “categories,” and the associated “activities” are available for the content structure.

Data entry on mobile devices

A quick entry for mobile devices enables efficient documentation on the go.

Signatures can be captured directly on smartphones or tablets – quick and convenient.

Billing

Automated creation of service records, including consideration of remuneration rates, corridor regulations, and also the billing of so-called self-payers.

A month-end closing can be generated with just one click and rolled back if necessary, e.g., in the case of incorrect work records or invalid price levels.

Work records can also be carried over to the following month if billing is not desired in the current month. The generated PDFs (work record & billing) can be conveniently and automatically sent by email.
